Resending e-mail messages

This topic explains how to resend e-mail messages.

  1. Go to Operations - Mail Delivery Management.

  2. Enter the search parameters.

  3. Field

    Description

    Status

    Select the status of the e-mail messages you are searching for:

    • Pending: E-mail messages that are waiting to be sent

    • Sent: E-mail messages that have been sent

    • Failed: E-mail messages that the system failed to send

    • Confirmed: E-mail messages in which the recipient, clicked on the Acknowledgment link.

    • Discarded: E-mail messages that were discarded by the sender before they were sent

    • Unconfirmed: E-mail messages in which the recipient, did not click on the Acknowledgement link

    Subject

    Enter all or part of the subject of the e-mail message

    To

    Enter all or part of the recipient's e-mail address

    Date Range

    Enter the date range in which the e-mail messages were sent.

  4. Click Find

    E-mail messages matching the search parameters are displayed in the search results section.

  5. Column

    Description

    The e-mail message has an attachment.

    Subject

    The subject of the e-mail message. Clicking on the link displays the message.

    To

    The recipient of the e-mail message

    Confirmed

    Is the e-mail message confirmed by the recipient? Yes/No

    Status

    The status of the e-mail message

    Creation Time

    The date and time when the e-mail message was created

    Send Time

    The date and time when the e-mail message was sent

  6. To resend the e-mail message, in the row of the e-mail message, click , and select Resend.

    OR

    Select the e-mail messages you want to resend, and click Resend.
