Documents Report

The Documents report provides detailed information on the different documents issued by the system. Each row in the report represents a single document, and the amounts are the total amounts on the document.

Purpose

The purpose of this report is to display all financial documents, according to criteria that you specify:

Filters

The report has the following parameters which are shown on the left and enable you to filter the report output:

 

Parameter

Description

Type

Choose the document type.

Display Currency

Choose document currency.

Issue Date

Choose the date range in which the document was issued.

Value Date

Choose the date range of the document due date.

Document No.

Choose the range of document reference numbers.

Status

Choose the status of the document: Active, or Cancelled.

Branch

Choose the branch where the document was issued.

Issuing User

Choose the user who issued the document.

T. File User

Choose the user who opened the travel file.

Doc. Currency

Choose the document currency.

T. File Number

Choose the number of the travel file.

Form of Payment

Choose the form of payment.

Type

This field shows the document type.

Document No.

This field shows the document reference number.

Status

This field shows the document status.

Issuing User

This field shows the user who issued the document.

Doc. Currency

This field shows the currency of the document.

Issue Date

This field shows the issue date of the document.

Value Date

This field shows the document due date.

Branch

The branch where the document was issued

Credit Account Type

This field shows the type of account credited for the document.

Credit Account Name

This field shows the name of account credited for the document.

Debit Account Type

This field shows the type of account debited for the document.

Debit Account Name

This field shows the name of account debited for the document.

Cover Doc.

For Travel Agents that work on a cash-net basis, this column indicates whether the agent commission invoice is covered (Yes/No). For all other Travel Agents or corporate clients this column is empty.

For Details

This field shows the information that appears in the For field on the document (usually the reason the document was issued).

Form of Payment

This field shows the form of payment.

Amount

This field shows the total amount on the document.

Currency

This field shows the currency according to what was chosen in the filter.
