Preventing duplicate passengers by using 'TB to GDS'

TB to GDS is a tool that copies the passenger information to the clipboard which can then be pasted into the GDS when creating the PNR.

This topic explains how to prevent duplicate passengers by using TB to GDS in the Reservations System.

  1. In the Reservations System, in the Tools menu, select TB to GDS.

  2. Enter the passenger information, and click Find.

    3. All matching passengers are displayed.

  3. Select the passengers you want to copy.

  4. Select the GDS you want to copy to, and click Export to GDS.

    5. The passenger information is copied to the clipboard and can be pasted into the GDS
