Ingenico ePayments

Ingenico ePayments is a leading European payment service provider with international reach. Ingenico’s portfolio of payment methods helps online businesses to expand reach and increase checkout conversion. Ingenico provides multiple transactional functionalities, extensive back-office capabilities and advanced fraud prevention systems.

Customers can use Ingenico as a payment gateway for credit card transactions. This requires a commercial agreement with Ingenico.

Once an agreement is signed, you need to go to the Ingenico back-office and define the customer account, and then define Ingenico as a payment gateway in the Travel Booster system.

Once Ingenico is set up and selected as the active payment gateway, in the Reservations System, at the end of the booking process customers will be redirected to a secure Ingenico page where they will be able to complete payment.

  2. In the Reservations System, at the end of the booking process, the customer will need to select the card company before being redirected to the Ingenico page. The system uses this information to calculate in advance any applicable transaction and fees.

  3. The amount the receipt is issued on, is the amount returned from Ingenico. If the gateway returns a different amount, this is registered in the travel file log, and reflected in the travel file balance.

  4. Errors returned from the interface are registered in the travel file log and in Ingenico's back-office.
