Feelter is a company that analyzes social media (for example, Facebook, Twitter, and Yelp) to provide an aggregated rating of hotels based on user reviews.
The system allows you to connect to the interface, and display the rating in the search results and the Hotel Details page. If a user clicks on the rating icon, a pop-up page is displayed, listing the full list of user reviews from Feelter.

Go to Setup - Website Definitions - Content - Services - Hotel.
In the Display expander, select Display reviews.
Click Save.
