In order to export general ledger data from the system to Hashavshevet, the data must be converted to a format compatible with Hashavshevet.
To execute the conversion process, perform the following actions in consecutive order:
Convert the travel file accounts file using the tsv2dat_heshin utility
Convert the transactions file using the tsv2dat_movein utility
The files created in steps 3 and 4 will be exported to Hashavshevet.

When exporting data to the general ledger in sales and purchases mode, the first reference for the supplier invoice document is the document number and the second reference is the voucher number.
Additionally, the document name (DOC TYPE) representing VAT has the same name as the document relating to it. For example, a VAT line relating to a supplier invoice is named SIN, and a VAT line related to invoice is named INV. |
