This topic explains how to delete all commission/reduction rules for a travel agent/corporate client account.
Go to Business Rules – Commission/Reduction Definitions.
Click Copy/Delete Agent Rules.
The Copy/Delete Agent Rules dialog box is displayed.
Select Delete Rules.
In the Delete rules from field, select the travel agent/corporate client whose rules you want to delete.
Click Continue.
The following message is displayed:
To delete the rules, click Yes.
The travel agent/corporate client rules are deleted, and the commission/reduction search results are filtered to display all the rules that apply to the travel agent/corporate client. Since you just deleted the rules that applied to the specific travel agent/corporate client account, only rules that apply to All travel agent/corporate client accounts are displayed.
