A deep link is a hyperlink from an external website to a specific page in your system website. The link is termed deep as this hyperlink enables the customer to link directly to the results of a product search in the Reservation System.
With escorted tours, if the customer books the service and opens a travel file, the system returns an identifier that lets the external website know that the link resulted in a booking.
The syntax of the deep link includes three types of parameters relevant to the specific search:
Mandatory parameters
Conditionally mandatory parameters used only in conjunction with other parameters
Optional parameters
