The Conversion report provides detailed information on the percentage of travel files whose status changed from Proposal to Open.
The report can be used to view and track conversion records according to assigned user, status and assigned user branch.
This report has the following layouts:

The report has the following parameters which are shown on the left and enable you to filter the report output:

Choose the open date of the conversion. |

Choose the user of the conversion. |

Choose the user branch the conversion was assigned to. |

Choose the market of the conversion. |

Choose the travel agent. |

Choose the destination (city) of the conversion. |
Country |
Choose the country of the conversion. |
The generated Conversion report displays a table with document records that match the defined parameters.

This field shows the grouping of the travel file. The travel file can be grouped by user, user type, configuration and travel agent/corporate client. |
AO |
This field shows the number of proposal travel files whose status changed to Open. |
AO+AP+AC |
This field shows the total number of proposal travel files whose status changed to Open (AO), of proposal travel files opened (AP) and of travel agent/corporate clients attached to proposal travel files (AC). |
Conversion |
This field shows the percentage of proposal travel files whose status changed to Open. |
At Conversion Report (chart), the conversion report is displayed as a chart only.
