Changing reservations to a different price level or tour

This topic explains how to change passenger reservations in a single self-operation tour to a different price level in the same tour, or to a different self-operation tour.

  1. Go to Operations - Change Tour Reservations.

  2. Select Change Price Level/Tour.

  3. Find the tour, using one of the following ways:

    1. Enter the following Mandatory search parameters, and click Find:

      Code

      The tour code

      Category

      		 The tour category

      Start Date

      The tour start date

      Price Level

      The tour price level

    2. OR, Click the Select link.

      3. The Select Tour and Price Level dialog box is displayed.

    3. Enter the relevant search parameters, and click Find:

      Description

      Code

      The tour code

      Category

      		 The tour category

      Mandatory. Start Date

      The tour start date range

      Price Level

      The tour price level

      Tours matching the search criteria are displayed in the search results.

    4. Select the tour and price level and click Done.

    Reservations for the tour are displayed in the search results.

  4. Above the search results, click the link Select the price level/tour to transfer to.

    5. The Select Tour and Price Level dialog box is displayed (see images above in step 3).

  5. Search for the tour and price level, you want to change the reservations to.

  6. Click Done.

    7. The dialog box closes.

  7. In the Change Tours Reservations page, select the reservations you want to change, and click Change Price Level/Tour.

    8. If their are not enough available seats in the tour an error message is displayed. The number of available seats in the tour is displayed above the search results.

    The Add to queue dialog box is displayed.

  8. Optional. Select the queues you want to add the changed reservations to.

  9. Click Close.

    10. The dialog box closes.

    In the Change Tour Reservations page, the changed reservations are blue.

    In the travel file, the reservation is amended.

    The registration date remains unchanged, therefore not invalidating Early Bird discounts.
