Adding informative flights to the itinerary of self-operation tours

This topic explains how to add informative flights to the itinerary of a self-operation tour.

Informative flights are flights that are added as information to the itinerary. The information on the flights is also displayed in the tour search results. These flights are not created as transactions in the group travel file. Informative flights can be used, for example, to provide information on internal flights between tour destinations.

• How

1. In the self operation tour, select the Itinerary tab.



2. In the Itinerary expander, in the row with the first date, click and select Add informative flight.

A dialog box is displayed in which you can enter the informative flights.

A single leg is displayed.



3. Enter the following information, for the first leg:

• Mandatory. Departure date and time

• Mandatory. Origin

• Mandatory. Destination

• Mandatory. Arrival date and time

• Airline

• Flight

• Class

4. Additional actions that can be performed:

• Add leg

• Remove leg

• Move leg up

• Move leg down

Repeat step 3, for each leg you add

5. After you are done adding all the informative flights, click OK.



6. The informative flights are added to the tour itinerary.

7. Click Save.
